Our fashion and home accessories are chic, disruptive and purposeful for spirited and enterprising women, who emphasise individuality. She has a sense of value, is grounded, yet lives life on her own terms wherein the choices she makes both feel good and do good.

Extremely passionate about design and fine craftsmanship - inspired by varied cultures, beatiful stories and creative people, Sonam co-founded Straw in 2019. Raised in Mumbai, India, she received her jewellery education at the Gemmological Institute of America, California and began her fifteen year career as a fine jewellery designer, and now a consultant to jewellery brands nationally and internationally. She brings her extensive creative experience and industry relationships to Straw.
