Our fashion and home accessories are chic, disruptive and purposeful for spirited and enterprising women, who emphasise individuality. She has a sense of value, is grounded, yet lives life on her own terms wherein the choices she makes both feel good and do good.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Extremely passionate about design and fine craftsmanship - inspired by varied cultures, beautiful stories and creative people, Sonam and Varun co-founded Straw in 2019. Raised in Mumbai, India, Sonam received her jewellery design and manufacturing education at the Gemmological Institute of America and began her fifteen year career as a fine jewellery designer and consultant. She brings her extensive creative experience and industry relationships to Straw as the CEO, looking into administration, marketing and product development. Varun is the CEO of Livedarshan & Founder of LiveD associated with integrating security and surveillance solutions to secure Indian Defense Facilities, at Straw he is involved in shaping the company's strategies, finances, culture and initiating future growth.
