When can I expect my order to ship?

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on
your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to
account for weekends and or national holidays. It may take 24 hours for tracking details to update.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at contact@strawofficial.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.

Do you have any offline store locations?

The offline store location is listed at checkout, wherein an option of pick up is provided (only for Mumbai
orders).

How can I guarantee that the product I purchased is authentic?

Authentic products are available on our website (www.strawofficial.com) and at our stockist locations.
Please contact Customer Service for specific inquiries. Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorised retail locations.

Can my return be refunded in the form of a gift card?

Yes, it most certainly can. If you make a return, let the store representative know your preferred method of refund. If you are making a return by mail, please write “refund in the form of a gift card” on your return form. Your purchase will be refunded in the form of an E-gift card, issued via email.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google pay, Paytm and Straw gift cards issued in INR.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

This is likely because we could not obtain an authorisation from your credit/debit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit/debit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable. How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes may be entered in your basket. Click Enter a Promo Code and enter the code. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.
