• We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Most of our products are sustainable handmade products, and variations in color, pattern, and size should be expected. STRAW does not accept returns for these irregularities.

  • However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your STRAW product, i.e. if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page, you may self-return your (clean, unworn) product and packaging etc. to our address within 3 days of receipt with tracking code and reason sent to us and it will be eligible for a free replacement.

  • Goods once sold can be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

  • For replacement, we must receive the merchandise within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Goods being returned need to be with the following mentioned guidelines: the product should not be damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s /manufacturer's box, MRP/Marketing tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

  • Store Credits will be processed within 5-7 days.

  • To return an item, the customer must write to us at contact@strawofficial.com or may even call at our customer care number +91 9819067885 (Mon - Sat, 10am to 6pm).

  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

  • In case of any replacement/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
