SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated based on the final weight and delivery address of the package.

We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We aim to deliver your order within 5-8 business days.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and courier partner details as soon as your package ships.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

COD service is currently available only in India.

In store pick up is available only in Mumbai. Once your order has been placed please await a notification from our end for your order pick up.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Straw insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Straw and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
